Baptism of Morgan and Liam - Jan 24th 2010

As you can see in the photo above Morgan and Liam were christened at St Charles Borromeo in Brooklyn heights. The ceremony was intergrated into the mass and Fr Ed Doran was very accomodating and welcoming. Unfortunately Colin Ludden and Eva Jane Reider were unable to attend and (Liam's godfather and godmother) so Mum and Moira, my sister deputized on the day.

Both Morgan and Liam behaved very well on the day, although Liam's face was like thunder when Fr Ed poured the holy water on his furrowed brow...  They looked great in their outfits too (click on image below for full pics from the day):

Welcome to our new home:

Hello!  Well we have been so busy with Morgan and Liam that by the time we are done with the day and they are in bed - we eat and fall asleep ourselves.  Clearly the heavy lifting has been all Katie and she has been an excellent full-time Mum up until today, when she finally tore herself away and went back to the DA's office.

Although I should have been on paternity leave for the month of January, typically things did not go to plan and I tripped over a curb on December 19th and hurt my ankle/leg - more about that later.

So now we have Lovone ,our new Nanny caring for the twins almost full time.

So we will keep you up with posts about the twins and odd things that go on in our lives via this blog.  Apologies for the inconvenience to move to but the photos are more easily shared this way and also the site is more intuitive.
